The City of Fort Bragg has teamed up with Zero Waste Mendo, Waste Management and Cold Creek Compost to provide the community with accurate education and information regarding local resources for recycling and composting. The City is proud to be working with Zero Waste Mendo towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way of coastal living with subtle changes to everyday practices. Fort Bragg City Council has directed City Staff to continually find ways to reduce our local carbon foot print and consistently evaluate projects for green house gas emissions. This page will serve as a central location for the City’s educational and information campaigns and resources to be accessible and will be updated periodically to reflect new resources as they become available.
