The Community Development Committee meets the 4th Tuesday of each month at 4:00 p.m. The public is encouraged to attend and participate in all committee meetings, at:

Duties & Responsibilities

This committee reviews and makes recommendations concerning community development and redevelopment issues. The committee may consider recommendations for grant applications, annexation, development review procedures, redevelopment projects, redevelopment negotiations, and financial and administrative procedures for the Redevelopment Agency. The committee is the liaison with the Visit Fort Bragg Promotion Committee, which includes review of the Promotion Committee's annual budget, and proposed expenditures for recommendation to the council.
