The City Clerk's Office manages the Liability Claims for the City.

If you feel that you have a liability claim for damages to person and/or property, you are required in most instances to file your claim with the City within six months of the date of the incident.

Submitting Claims

Either download the Claim Form or obtain a Claim Form at the City Clerk's office at City Hall:

Claims must be submitted by mail or hand delivered to:

Claims cannot be submitted by email.
