Central Business District

The Central Business District (CBD) is the zoning designation applied to the core of Fort Bragg's downtown. Development is pedestrian oriented and primarily accommodates retail shops, art galleries, eateries, and government or professional offices.

In March 2021, City Council considered several investments to support the economic vitality of the CBD. The table below provides a list of specific economic development tools, currently be discussed and/or implemented.
