Coastal Development Permit 8-19 (CDP 8-19), Design Review 1-19 (DR 1-19), Parcel Merger (MGR 1-19) Project Summary: The project would include the demolition of an existing 16,436 SF former office building, and construction of one 16,000 SF retail building. The project would also include the construction of a 53-space parking lot, site landscaping, and the merger of three existing parcels into one parcel. The City has determined it necessary to utilize the services of a Consultant as an independent contractor to process the planning permit applications CDP 8-19, DR 1-19, MGR 1-19 for a new Grocery Outlet Supermarket. The consultant firm selected to process this application is LACO Associates, Inc.
LACO Associates has provided the following tentative time line for this project:
Initial Study to City for review - (October 29, 2020)
Circulate Initial Study – 30 days (November 6, 2020– December 5, 2020)
Respond to Comments - (December 6, 2020 – December 13, 2020)
Publish Public Hearing Notice - (December 31, 2020)
Conduct Public Hearing - (January 13, 2020)
