The Fort Bragg Police Department Administrative Offices are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m.- 5 p.m. Officers are on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Administrative offices are closed for legal holidays and the last Friday of every month for In-Service days. Friday closures may vary depending on legal holidays so please call 707-961-2800 for questions regarding hours of operation. Should you need assistance during non-business hours, the phone located outside the entrance to the Police Department will automatically connect the caller to a dispatcher.
Fingerprinting hours are Monday and Wednesday, 1:30 - 3:30 p.m., and Tuesday and Thursday, 9 - 11 a.m. No appointment is necessary. Fingerprinting is handled on a first come, first served basis.
Property & Evidence
For recovery of personal property being held at the Fort Bragg Police Department, please call Property and Evidence Technician Gretchen Leinen, at 707-961-2800, ext. 102. Be advised there may be some restrictions and procedures that must be followed before property can be legally released. Property releases are by appointment only, and will be scheduled from 9 - 11 a.m., and 2 - 4 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Return to Police Department Homepage.
