Home-Ownership Assistance

Fort Bragg CDBG Homeownership Assistance Program

The City periodically applies for funding from the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Homeownership Assistance Program. This program provides "silent second" loans to income-qualified homeowners to help them purchase a home within Fort Bragg city limits. The City does not currently have funding available for this program.
