Priorities of the Human Resources Office
As an employer, the City of Fort Bragg mantains a workforce of approximately 55 employees. This division is responsible for recruitment and testing of applicants for City positions; processing and orientating new employees; updating and maintaining job descriptions; conducting classification and compensation studies; administering benefit programs including health insurance, deferred compensation and retirement; providing training opportunities; and ensuring compliance with Personnel Rules and Regulations and State and Federal mandates.
