Will Lee was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. He grew up in the poorest sections of the city during the 1960s and 70s. He attended Catholic schools in the city and graduated from Jesuit High School with four years of a full scholarship and went on to Loyola University to study Theology.
Will was in the restaurant business in New Orleans when he moved to California in 1986. He soon fell in love with the city of Fort Bragg and has always felt welcomed and loved by the citizens. In 1989, he purchased Teamwork, an athletic apparel store and trophy shop. He and his partner opened a shop in the newly remodeled Depot Mall and then opened their own New Orleans style restaurant in 1994 called The Fort Bragg Grille. Will closed the restaurant in 2002 and went to work at the Mendocino Coast District Hospital where he is manager of the Medical Staff Services Department.
Will has served as the Parish President of the local Catholic Church since 2014 and enjoys his work with the various ministries in the Church, especially the Hispanic Community and the Youth Ministries.
