Housing Rehabilitation Loan Program
The City's 2007 Housing Rehabilitation funding cycle has ended. However, the City hopes to begin a new Housing Rehabilitation program in the near future. Housing Rehabilitation Loan Programs assist low-income homeowners with grants and low interest loans for repairs to their homes. Landlords may also be eligible to apply for low interest loans provided their tenants are income eligible. Only houses located in Fort Bragg City limits qualify for City programs.
