Coastal General Plan

The Coastal General Plan is a component of The Local Coastal Program (LCP), which was adopted by the Fort Bragg City Council in May 2008 and certified by the California Coastal Commission in August 2008. The Local Coastal Program consists of both the Coastal General Plan (Land Use Plan) and the Coastal Land Use and Development Code (Implementation Plan) also known as Title 17 of the Fort Bragg Municipal Code.

The Coastal Land Use and Development Code classifies and regulates uses of land and development within the geographic portion of the city located in the Coastal Zone. A link to this document is located to the left.
